Laurel Cottage Breakfast & Dining Rooms

We had so many requests to remake the Winter & Christmas Laurel Dining Sets for everyday use, that we finally got around it to in time for the Home & Garden Expo and it’s had a whole revamp to fit in with the new Laurel Cottage. Both sets are pretty much mix and match and if you buy both sets combined, you save 20%.

The Breakfast Room set has a smaller table and texture-changing cloth making it ideal for a kitchen, breakfast nook or smaller cottage dining room. It has texture-changing seat cushions to match existing Laurel furniture sets and includes colour-changing cafetiere, breakfast tray (dispenses self-rezzing croissant, coffee and orange juice and newspapers), colour changing tulips and morning mail, coffee mugs and hanging lantern:

The Dining Room set features a bigger table, decorative place mats (with the Flutter design that matches the fabric and decor from the RFL Flutter living room peieces), bottle candles, console table, working wall clock and bonus free Laurel Cottage Spring decor pieces for the console table, wall hanging, lantern and sisal rug.

{what next} Laurel Cottage at the Home Expo

The Laurel Cottage makes it’s debut at the Home and Garden Expo – sold unfurnished, but including a woodburning stove and two outdoor lanterns.

Shown here decorated, all furnishings are not included, but can be purchased from the {what next} mainstore or, for the breakfast room set, fridge and Flutter living room items you can find these also at the Expo (the Flutter set pieces in blue , plus window blinds, Flutter rug and art pieces are sold in the RFL kiosks near the cottage, 100% donation to charity)

{what next} RFL items at the Home Expo

The Home & Garden Expo 2011 opened yesterday and we’re very excited as this is the first time we’ve taken part! The Expo will stay open until May 22nd and has 10 sims, with over 100 stores to visit.

The Flutter Living pieces are all 100% donation items for Relay for Life and can be purchased only at the Home Expo at the {what next} plot there.

The sofa has couples as well as singles animations – other items are matching decorative window blind, rug and two art prints, as well as the fireside chair also in blue:

{what next} Norwegian Wood @ Culture Shock

We wanted to create a living room that was less typically girlie than we usually do, but at the same time it would appeal to both sexes, with a clean, contemporary feel…the Norwegian Living Room collection is a 13 piece set, also pieces sold individually.

The two sofa choices have texture-changing options, as well as all custom couples and singles animations:

Designed also to be as low prim as it can be, the guitar bookcase seen here is only 6 prims, that includes the books too!

It has some cute props, including ‘wearable’ laptop, guitar and coffee mugs..and especially for the musicians out there, guitar animations in the sofa!
