Bramley Porch Swings

Hi everyone! We have four new Bramley Porch Swings out now at the main-store …a cosy, traditional style swing for your porch or even under a tree branch perhaps. Each has been designed to complement our Bramley Benches and Rocking Chairs, with a range of texture-changing cushion options in plain and patterned fabrics.

Each swing has an optional, smooth and gentle swinging movement and animations for singles/friends/alone as well romantic PG couples sits.

There are four finishes to choose from: rustic, pine…great for cabins and more rustic homes, with the natural, earthy toned pillows and blue or white, which would suit garden cottages and coastal homes for example, with their Summery fabrics.

Each swing is 50% off for our {what next} VIP group members (until Wednesday), just remember to pay the RED vendor(s) with your group tag active! Swings are located near the landing point and shortly on The Marketplace.

You can demo all four swings by our main-store landing point in Second Life. They’re also available on The Marketplace.

New VIP Group Gift at {what next}

Hi everyone! The six-piece Pineknot Cabin Porch Collection is the new VIP group gift at {what next}. It’s the perfect edition to our Pineknot Cabin, but would work equally well on any cottage or cabin porch, adding an extra room outside to sit and relax.

The set includes two rocking chairs, with lots of animations, including reading book, mug and laptop props. Simply touch the back of the chair to start a gentle rocking motion:

The Pineknot Cabin Mailbox, includes several versions – two act as notecard dropboxes, anyone can send you a notecard message, but also the pose prop version too:

Also included are the porch light with ‘gone fishing sign’ and a pile of logs and axe decor.

The set can be seen at the mainstore landing point. You’ll need to have your group tag active to receive the gift from the poster or take it from the group archived notices. If you’re not already a group member, please note that there is a nominal group join fee of L$250: as well as occasional exclusive gifts, group benefits include an excellent credits rewards system. Credits can be earned on most purchases throughout the mainstore, easily recouping the join fee and then the credits can be redeemed for future purchases.

Snow Summit Cabin & Snow-Add-Ons

We’re feeling very seasonal here in real life, as it’s snowing up in the mountains today and also snowing in-world at the mainstore!

By overwhelming request, we’re created a snowy version of our little cabins, The Snow Summit Cabin comes unfurnished, but complete with snow piled on the roof, a dusting and small drift on the porch, frosted windows with snowflake detail, snowflake outside lantern, wood pile decor and a blazing fire in the fireplace inside!

This is how we chose to furnish ours for the Winter. All the furnishings/decor in the picture below are available at the mainstore.

If you already own one of our cabins or summer houses (the Pineknot Cabin, Mariposa/Maribel/Marin Summer Houses) or the Laurel Cottage, we’re created a little snow-add on pack for each. Each pack comes with a linked snow pack to cover the roof and add a little pile and drift to the decks, in addition to an extra snow clump and snow texture to match the snow pack, if you want to add a little built up snow pile around the base.

Marin Summer House & Porch Decor

It’s Spruce Up Your Space time again for us this week with the theme ‘Inside Out’ and we’ve made a little summer house (or cabin as Franklee calls it!), which makes an ideal extra “room” for the garden. At night the two faux windows can be touch on or off to give a nice lit window night time effect.

It comes unfurnished and all the furnishings and accessories seen here are sold separately inworld.

With a coastal/nautical theme, it goes perfectly with our ‘Lazy Sunday” set this week, which is a 3 piece porch decor set – doormat, window box with flowers and porch light and sign:
