E2V Vendor System/What Next

We just learned today that the E2V vendor system we use in the What Next main-store will unfortunately be retired at the end of May, therefore it will be necessary to migrate our vendors to a new vendor system before that date.

Understandably, many of you will be concerned about any outstanding store credit balances you have with us and redeliveries of any products you’ve purchased. Please bear with us during the next couple of days, while we figure out the details of the migration process to a new system and what that involves with regards to store credit and sales history.

We promise to keep you updated (here and inworld)  at every step of the way as we learn more information, but please be assured that we are doing our very best to work this out!
