{what next} Waterfront Dock and Pier Set

Our dock and pier set has interchangeable/modular pieces which allow you to construct a boardwalk, dock and/or a pier that’s right for your shoreline needs.

• Original mesh with materials enabled
• Various land impact, see below
• Animated and non-animated pieces included
• 38 singles/friends animations, 20 romantic couples animations (PG only) between the dock configurations and boat dock. The dock configurations are for 1-4 avatars or one couple at once and the boat dock is for 2 avatars or one couple.
• Temporary/ attachable props with the animated versions include: fishing rod, soda and reading books.
•  Mod/Copy/  – except for animations, scripts and props (these are no mod)
•  IMPORTANT : if you make the pieces larger, the land impact may increase
• Do not unlink the animated dock parts, as the animations will cease to work – if you link more pieces to the animated configurations included, always make the prim with animations in the root.

Included in the packaging are some pieces linked with animations, some pieces linked without animations and each piece also included individually without animations:

• {what next} Waterfront Dock with ladders (animations)- a linked dock end, dock straight, and connecting dock piece with animations, and animated ladders (climb up only, and jump down). IMPORTANT: the ladders are unlinked, after rezzing make sure to select these as well as the dock when repositioning. (19 land impact)
• {what next} Waterfront Dock with stairs (animations) – {what next} Waterfront Dock with ladders (animations)- a linked dock end, dock straight, and connecting dock piece with animations and stairs  (18 land impact)

CREATING YOUR DOCK
Here’s how the pieces can fit together:

{what next} Waterfront Dock (long)

This part can be used as a standalone boardwalk, pier or boat dock. It has a section on its side where the floorboards are shorter; anincluded Ladder or Stairs (top) piece can be attached to that spot.

{what next} Waterfront Dock  (connecting piece)

This small piece can be used to connect two Main Docks together for extending the length of your dock/pier/boardwalk. It fits on either end allowing you to use multiple Main Dock/Dock Connector combinations to make your structure as long as you wish.

It can also be tilted for use as a ramp at the shore end of your structure or for constructing your pier/dock/boardwalk sections with uneven levels.

{what next} Waterfront Dock End

This attaches to the seaside end of the Main Dock and can be used to terminate the length of your pier/dock/boardwalk.

{what next} Waterfront Dock with stairs (animations)

This part combines the Main Dock with the Dock End and contains multiple animations. Unlinking these parts will break the animations.

{what next} Waterfront Stairs (top) and {what next} Waterfront Stairs (bottom)

This part has two pieces: a Stairs Top and a Stairs Bottom. The top part can be attached to the Dock Main or Dock End pieces at the edge where the floorboards are shorter.

The Stairs Bottom can be used to extend the stairs’ length downward by fitting it to the bottom end of the Stairs Top.

{what next} Waterfront Ladder

The ladder can be attached to the Dock Main or Dock End pieces at the edge where the floorboards are shorter.
There are two version included: one with a climbing animation script and one without.

{what next} Waterfront Boat Dock

This piece can be rezzed at water lever near the bottom end of the ladder or stairs if your dock/pier is too high over the water level to reach your boat(s).
